- Blackout – No orders accepted the week of November 24, 2025
Winter Holiday Deadline
Winter break closure is from December 24, 2025, to January 1, 2026 (no animal orders will be received or processed during this time).
- Ordering Deadline – Tuesday, December 9, 2025
- Deliveries – The week of December 15, 2025
- Blackout – No orders will be accepted the weeks of December 22, 2025, and December 29, 2025.
What this means for you
- Submit your orders on or before the listed deadlines to ensure delivery in the stated week.
- Orders submitted during blackout periods will be processed once operations resume following the holiday.
- Time-sensitive studies should plan ahead for holiday closures and limited staffing.
