Access to Animal Housing
To obtain access to the area in which your animals are housed, please complete the following 4 steps and request training and orientation via link below:
- Make sure you have been added to the Animal Care and Use protocol(s). Personnel Amendment forms can be found here.
- Complete the Working in the Rodent Vivarium online course found on MyLearning (not required for large animal access). Make sure you save your certification email.
- Complete the eSirius Cage Cards and Barcoding Census and eSirius Inventory and Billing online courses. Make sure you save your certification email. More information on eSirius can be found here.
- Complete the appropriate Facility Access Forms for the facility where your animals are/will be housed. Facility access forms are not required for SPH.
