| Large Animal Do Not Feed Request | Submit a request for RAR staff to withhold food from large animals pre-procedure. Forms MUST be submitted at least 48 hours in advance; for emergency or other last minute requests, please contact the facility supervisor and/or facility veterinarian. |
| Large Animal Lab to Feed Request | RAR provides standard husbandry, including feeding, to all large animals. To request approval for your lab to feed large animals (e.g. protocol-related diet), please use this form. Form MUST be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. |
